The Team.

Time 4 Kindy’s team of educators work with you to design and implement a program for your child based on the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Time 4 Kindy is committed to giving your child the best education possible, and  this is why we are staffed with more educators than required by the NQS as well as more highly educated staff than required by the NQS. 

Our centre enjoys a low turnover of staff which means consistency of care to the children at our centre.

Our service works in conjunction with TAFE and Universities to help train the teachers and educators of tomorrow.  We also work with the Early Start Research Institute at the University of Wollongong to assist them in researching issues that impact on the health and well-being of children in their first years.

Our educators:

• form positive relationships with families and children to build trust and provide a sense of security and belonging to the centre,

• are inclusive and welcome children from all backgrounds and different ability levels into the centre,

• create an environment that encourages childrens’ creativity, curiosity, exploration, independence and autonomy,

• work as a team to provide holistic care for our children,

• participate in ongoing professional development to ensure they are abreast of new research and information on early childhood development.
